Steve Kukla is a member of the Meriden and Bristol mineral clubs, lives in Litchfield, and loves Kyanite and Staurolite. He will present a talk about his September 2021 rockhounding/trekking adventure to two classic metamorphic mineral localities in Ticino, Switzerland and also discuss some of the challenges (and fun) of solo geotourism.
