March 2021 Virtual Meeting–Agates and Dinosaur Bone

Our next virtual meeting is Tuesday, March 9 at 7:30 PM. Join us for a Zoom presentation by Alan Meltzer. The title of Alan’s talk is “Agates and Dinosaur Bone.” Alan is an avid collector of a stunningly colorful fossil called “dinosaur gem bone.”  He will discuss what gem bone is, where it’s found, and its value as a treasured lapidary gemstone. This is very pretty stuff!! Info on how to join the Zoom presentation will be sent via email to all members.

Hope to see you there! Sorry, no news yet on when “in person” meetings will resume.
